Legacy provides evidence-based treatment for anxiety and depression close to home. From the first intake meeting and throughout the therapy process, our highly-trained and compassionate therapists will work to address underlying issues and find the root cause of anxiety and depression, such as unaddressed trauma. To ensure seamless care, each consumer's therapist will work in tandem with all other health care providers of the Legacy team, from our board-certified psychiatrists and Advanced Practice Nurses to our licensed clinicians.

Clients can access a number of treatment methods for depression and anxiety, including:
